Clifford G. Wageman, owner and president of Eastbank Interiors, brings over 25 years of building trade experience to the company and has been licensed and bonded since 1990 with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
Prior to Eastbank Interiors, Cliff was the owner and founder of Superior Countertops; the second largest countertop business in Oregon, with sales of nearly two million dollars per year.
Cliff Wageman brings a wealth of knowledge of the cabinet and countertop industry to your project, regardless of size or budget.

A Portland native, Carol O’Quinn, CKD has over 17 years of experience in kitchen design and cabinet planning. She has an Associate Degree in Interior Design from The Portland Arts Institute. In 1995 she became a Certified Kitchen Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association, is an Associate Member of NWSID and serves on the current board.
Since 1999, Carol has had three kitchen designs and master bath projects with HBA Street of Dreams. Both in 2006 & 2007, she had her kitchen designs and cabinetry expertise showcased in ORA’s annual Tour of Remodeled Homes.
Carol O’Quinn brings experience and inspiration in kitchen design and cabinetry for your home. She will oversee every cabinet detail in order to meet the needs of her clients including budget and timeframes. As an experienced and professional designer – Carol enjoys helping you bring your vision to life!

Dave Booth is a lifelong resident of the Portland area, having married 33 years ago and raised 2 children here.
He has 20 years design experience in the cabinet industry, preceded by 12 years in management, sales, and instruction in all types of home improvement materials.
Dave enjoys applying his expertise while working directly with clients, seeing their plans through from start to finish, be they kitchens, baths, entertainment rooms or other built-in projects. His software expertise in 20-20 Design™, the leading kitchen and bath planning software in the interior design industry, provides Dave with access to the most extensive catalog data available, the best rendering tools on the market and advanced planning tools that assist the entire design process.
Having collaborated with many talented people over the years, including builders, installers, architects and decorators, Dave has a wide range of knowledge to help you achieve your goals with an eye toward good design and quality products at affordable prices.
